What I did well
Good proactive judgement, On time, Great communication with team and breaks, Didnt fall asleep in SOC
What I missed
- Not closing out zendesk - Making multiple tickets for same project - assigning HID Numbers wrongly and inaccurately - slow CCTV Reviews
What I'll improve
- Slow down on HID Completion - Take more incentive to do more term tickets - take more initiative to do more email responses -
