What I did well
- Stayed awake - Keep on top of imbound alarms - Did a special mission for NOV: IDENTIFED THE OWNER OF A SUITCASE WITH IMPORTANT INFO INSIDE FOR PRODUCTION. Coordinated with Onsite to watch over site - teamwork - termination tickets and asking clarifying questions
What I missed
- Triaging Elevator entrapment - Tech issue between slack and genetec - asking the best question (getting reader number for access request relay to another department)
What I'll improve
- response time - breathing - judgment speed and SOP Memorization
