What I did well
- Worked very well with morning and afternoon supervisors (overnight supervisor on PTO) - Very timely on all escalations today. - Asked the best questions on threads and CCTV Review - Used critical thinking skills to solve recurring problems
What I missed
- Hesitant on where something (escalation) may go
What I'll improve
- Communication - Continued speed in escalations - Problem-solving issues before they arrive
