- Stayed awake - Proactive alarm clearance - Took breaks on time and early - Did unique investigations and backtracked on alarms that seemed suspicious

- Did not participate in the investigation redo. Mostly out of ego, as I don't feel the intake or handling process is up to par, and I was shot down when interest was shown to make our process better - Connection with the team lead for this shift is non-existent. We both still showcase professional habits; however, it's only to the basics
