- Stayed awake - Came into an overworked environment with fresh energy - provided critical feedback to new systems emerging - handled escalations in a timely manner - closed out a new investigation

- Emotional connectivity with team - Added wrong names to ticket for dispatch causing me to have to redo the ticket
