I took proactive presence and added the info to our thread - monitored false alarms for duress activations that were not planned - completed 4 good hours of the investigation - stayed very situationally aware - Spotted an unclear problem, and I consolidated a solution independently

- did not escalate a missing jacket in a timely manner - Escalation times could have been slightly faster. The average is 5 minutes, and everything I did was 8+ minutes per incident
