ESOC - CUE
What I did well
- Stayed awake - effectively communicated to guards about a malfunctioning duress alarm at an international location and coordinated maintenance to be scheduled this morning - completed cctv reviews - created camaraderie and brainstormed new ways to inspire team work
What I missed
- Arrived 8 minutes late to work - Could have found more ways to be proactive
What I'll improve
- arrive early - complete more task than my supervisor - document more of my daily processes
