ESOC - CUE

What I did well

- arrived on time with my secondary scooter - made good progress on a internal approved automation tool - stayed productive the entire shift - good communication with the team - Operated from a leadership perspective and action - picked battles and did not purposefully "swim upstream" from my team - declared vocal change of behaviors and mentality because i felt I let my team down too consistently. Planning to keep this going forward - Stayed on top of tasks that went under the radar - Took on a high-priority task and led with great questions and attention to detail on a situation involving misconduct with an Uber driver

What I missed

- Speed overall was a step behind today on all task - When questioned on decision-making, from an operator lens, I did not speak with absolute confidence - Doing more than 3 hours of the investigation - did not take final break

What I'll improve

stop feeling overwhelmed and breathe if you dont know just ask, but dont trust 100% unless you have verified the logic against your experiences stand up for yourself and speak with undeniable, absolute confidence PAY CLOSER ATTENTION TO DETAIL
