What I did today
- completed 2 Hours of investigation - Escalated 3 incidents - Backtracked CCTV for protect team - Added multiple alarms to after hours sheet
What I did well
- arrived on time - proactively cross posting and communicating with team - handled clients with great customer care
What I missed
- proper formatting on escalation - had wrong or conflicting knowledge on HID processes
What I'll improve
