What I did today
- Completed 1 and a half hours of the investigation - Put 10 Incidents on metric sheets - Completed 7 termination tickets
What I did well
- Stayed awake - great communication with the team - Evenly spread and delegated work - Access control protocols followed properly - challenged our AI bot on escalation classification
What I missed
- missed two days of loggin debriefs - Did not apply pressure to an off-site loitering call
