What I did today
- reviewed 5 hours of CCTV footage - completed 2 tickets - escalated one incident
What I did well
- Stayed diligent on investigation turning up stones on final contractor to identify - reviewed 5 hours of CCTV footage - completed 2 tickets - escalated one incident
What I missed
- arrived 15 minutes late - missed an escalation before going to one on one with management, team had to submit info for me
What I'll improve
- attention to detail - arrive early - DONT RUSH, Intake info and disperse properly
