What I did today
- reviewed 5 hours of CCTV footage to locate unknown individuals - created 2 tickets - completed 1 termination ticket - responsed to two important emails - updated all today’s incident metrics
What I did well
- coordinated well with security personnel - arrived 10 minutes early - had very personable conversations with co workers - Used skills to develop my weaknesses from recent critiques - took my time ensuring access clearance properly - assisted teammate locate individual in system for access
What I missed
- missed ticket creation for lighting outage
What I'll improve
- practice creating temp fobs
